Requirements
Previous experience in ticket sales, event coordination, or a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Experience using ticketing platforms is highly desirable.
Able to join immediately.
Based in Bali.
Responsibilities
Process and handle all ticket and table purchases for events.
Maintain a real-time inventory of available tickets, ensuring accurate allocation and distribution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to ticket purchases, seating arrangements, and event details.
Coordinate with the event and venue teams to ensure smooth ticket and table assignment for each event.
Work with the marketing team to ensure accurate event details are reflected in ticketing platforms and sales channels.
