About The Role

This role is critical in managing the end-to-end ticketing process for events, including handling ticket purchases, maintaining ticket sales records, and assigning tickets and table purchases.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in ticket sales, event coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Experience using ticketing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Based in Bali.

Responsibilities

  • Process and handle all ticket and table purchases for events.
  • Maintain a real-time inventory of available tickets, ensuring accurate allocation and distribution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to ticket purchases, seating arrangements, and event details.
  • Coordinate with the event and venue teams to ensure smooth ticket and table assignment for each event.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure accurate event details are reflected in ticketing platforms and sales channels.
