About The Role

The PR and Sponsorship Specialist will play a key role in driving the financial success of events,
parties, and concerts through effective sponsorship acquisition and management.​

Requirements

Experience in Sales and Sponsorship:
Proven track record in securing sponsorships, partnerships, or sales for events, parties, or concerts.


Networking Skills:
Strong connections with brands, corporate sponsors, and stakeholders in the music, entertainment, or event promotion industries.


Understanding of Event Marketing:
Knowledge of how events generate ROI for sponsors, including advertising, branding, and activations.


Contract Negotiation:
Experience in negotiating partnership and sponsorship agreements that benefit both the event and the sponsor.


Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching ideas, presenting proposals, and maintaining professional relationships.


Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple sponsors and partnerships simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Knowledge of the Entertainment Industry: Understanding of trends in event promotion, concerts, and audience demographics to target the right partners.​

Task and Responsibilities

Sponsorship Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential sponsors that align with the event’s target audience and brand.

Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with existing partners and sponsors to ensure ongoing collaboration for future events.

Event Partnership Strategy:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for partnerships, including media partners, brand collaborations, and cross-promotions with other events.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Work closely with the finance team to set sponsorship revenue targets and manage budgets related to sponsorship activities.

Contract and Legal Compliance:
Ensure all sponsorship contracts and agreements are in line with legal requirements.

Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct a post-event review with sponsors, presenting them with data and reports on event performance, media coverage, and audience engagement.​
