About The Role

This role involves managing schedules, events, and travel for artists and general manager, serving as a liaison between clients and stakeholders with strong communication skills. The position requires knowledge of the music industry, particularly DJ booking and artist management, along with expertise in diary management, travel coordination, budget handling, and office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, correspondence, and documents.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.
  • Hospitality Management: Oversee accommodations, catering, and artist requirements. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with  internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain event records and prepare reports.
  • Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges and implement contingency plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role, ideally in events or hospitality.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Event or Project Management.
  • Experience in live entertainment or hospitality industries.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
