About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives across all divisions, with a strong emphasis on event marketing and driving ticket sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music and live entertainment industry, proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies, and the ability to deliver results in brand growth and revenue generation. This position is open to expatriates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote live events, concerts, and festivals, driving ticket sales and audience engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with Primuse Group’s vision, with a focus on brand growth and sales performance.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and positioning of the Primuse brand and its sub-brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Development: Design and lead impactful marketing campaigns that integrate digital and traditional platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital tools such as social media, programmatic ads, email campaigns, and SEO to build audience reach, generate leads, and boost ticket sales.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with ticketing teams to identify target audiences, optimize pricing strategies, and track performance metrics to maximize revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Partnerships and Sponsorships: Build relationships with media outlets, sponsors, and collaborators to amplify marketing efforts and increase revenue streams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and high ROI on campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the music, live entertainment, or event promotion industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful event marketing campaigns and achieving ticket sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging industry trends.
    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open to both local and expatriate candidates. Experience working across multiple regions is highly desirable.
