About The Role
As a hostess, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and have a smooth, enjoyable experience at various shows, parties, and events.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience as a hostess, promoter, or in customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with registration, check-in, or guest lists at the entrance, ensuring a smooth flow of attendees.
- Provide information about the event, including schedules, venue facilities, and any special arrangements or activities.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure the event runs smoothly and guests are satisfied.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout the event.
