Too often do we spend time analysing past behaviour, guessing what our customers may want, without understanding enough what they actually need. So rather than giving customers what we think they want, we empowered our customers to customize their own experiences, individually.
The different personal and temporal elements of event experience were brought together in a conceptual model made by Primuse (See “Conceptual Model of the event experience”).
The model also traces the journey through the event experience from the conditions present in the pre-event phase, though the event itself to the event outcomes, incorporating cognitive, conative and effective components. Thanks to the model, we can be defined create our vision.
